Needed a new patio and foundation repairs. Bill and his crew were Johnny on the spot. Very fast service. Fair pricing and quality work. They even put in our new French doors. I can recommend them if you need this type of work done. I was especially impressed with how fast the work got done.

Bill and his team are good communicators. They show up when they say they will and they do good work. Pricing is fair and the estimates are pretty thorough. None of this one price on the estimate and then another price once the work starts. Only time there was a change was when they found some damage that was covered by metal around my foundation. It could not be seen until it was removed. They were more than fair with the additional cost. They could pay a little more attention to their clean up but other than that a very positive experience. I have no problem recommending them if you want quality work at a fair price.

He explained thoroughly what needed to be done and why, and how these updates would benefit and protect our home. We have had multiple drainage and crawl space dampness and drainage issues both inside and outside our home for years. Bill, Stan and the team were able to fit me in on short notice due to the amount of water in my crawl space. After they completely gutted and re-fitted the entire crawl space and installed a series of French drains in the yard, Bill has sent someone semi-regularly to monitor the amount of moisture remaining in the crawl space. Since they finished the job about a month ago, our indoor humidity has gone from ~60% down to ~49% and is still falling. Bill and Stan kept me posted and informed throughout the whole process. Job was well done, we received the desired outcome and was overall a good experience. Would recommend.

Our sump pump failed to eliminate water on New Year's Eve in our cellar. We contacted the company that put in the system in 2009 but could not reach them for 2 days. When they responded, they still couldn't come out for another 2 days even though we had said it was an emergency. In the interim, we had contacted ASAP and was given an estimate immediately. They started a week later to fix all the problems. Bill Long's team was courteous, efficient, thorough and finished quickly watching the weather to make sure we didn't have a recurrence of flooding. They even clean up after their work to our satisfaction. There were other little problems that were pointed out and fixed for us without extra cost. We think they did an excellent job!!
